If you are holding an event in Aylesbury we can help you promote it!
It can be as small as a coffee morning or as big as a week long festival, but it must be taking place in or around the parish of Aylesbury town and be of benefit to Aylesbury residents. The event can be free or ticketed, for charity or profit. We are also happy to promote all sorts of events run by a diverse range of clubs and organisations including sports clubs, literary clubs, faith organisations or residents associations.
We can help promote your event in a number of ways. We will put details of your event onto our '
What's on' calendar on our website, we'll mention the event as a
news item on our site, will tweet about your event to our ever growing
Twitter followers, put details of your event on
facebook, display any posters you can provide us with in all the community and car park noticeboards around Aylesbury (there are 17) and put flyers in our leaflet stand which we bring along to all Aylesbury Town Council events.
All you need to do is email the following details:
- Name of Event
- Date and start/finish times of each event
- Venue
- Cost of attending event (alternatively please indicate if the event is free)
- Brief description (a sentence is adequate)
- Web link (if applicable)
- A PDF or jpeg of the poster for the event (if applicable) - this can be printed on our inhouse printer.
- Jpeg of photo complementing the event.
