Each year, Aylesbury Town Council provides the community with a variety of free events to lift everyone’s spirits and bring the town together. We would normally be looking forward to Festive Family Fun and Carolfest but unfortunately this year, it’s just not possible to bring large crowds all together. But this hasn’t stopped Aylesbury Town Council from putting their thinking caps on and coming up with a COVID-friendly selection box of events for you to enjoy with your family and social bubbles.

Cyber Charades

Available on our Facebook page and YouTube channel from Wednesday 23 December at 5pm.

A fun spin on the classic family game. Unbound Theatre will be doing the miming while you can sit back, have a laugh and compete against your family guessing what’s what.

Mayor of Aylesbury, Cllr Mike Smith, said: “This really has been a challenging year for many people, so we are very proud to sprinkle a little festive cheer and sparkle to the residents of our town. The Key Worker Duck Trail sums up the unique history of our town, at the same time as celebrating our many heroes who have shone through this testing year. I am looking forward to reading all the nominations – but I am sure the final selection is going to be rather difficult. I hope that you are able to pop into town to see them all.

“We are thrilled to be able to continue our partnership work with UK Astronomy and Unbound Theatre, both charities are a joy to work with, and I know they will entertain and educate you with these unique events.”

Aylesbury Town Council provide these events without charge to support the wellbeing and positive spirit of the town.
