We’re hosting Battle of the Bands alongside XYZ Music Academy for local bands with all levels of experience to battle it out to bag a slot on the stages at next year’s popular event.
In 2021 the event, which hosted 9.5 hours of live music from local bands and artists, attracted over 14,000 people.
The competition finals will take place in a dedicated marquee at Live in the Park on Saturday 27 August from 6:30pm. Bands need to click here to apply. Apply by 5pm on Friday 22 July.
The winning band will be announced on the day and will not only win a slot on the stage at Live in the Park 2023 but will also a studio day thanks to XYZ Music Academy.
Shortlisted bands will be contacted by Friday 29 July and will appear in the event’s Entertainment Tent on 27 August in front of an audience and judges. Best of luck!
