Transitions UK is a charity that supports young people that leave their foster care homes into independent living. They support them in various ways by providing services that will allow them to move forward in life confidently. They do this by providing financial skills, life skills, Housing knowledge and support into Education and work.
Transitions UK launched a new Hub in Aylesbury and would love to partner with businesses that can support in aiding those skills to their young people and help make a difference in their life and also support the charity in bringing awareness to their new hub.
Transitions UK are looking for volunteers to mentor their young people.
Transitions UK provide vital support to a generation of young people that have very little support and they are just stepping in to make sure they don’t feel isolated and are given the same opportunities as other young people, something they would have had if they had a normal family setting.
