How to invite the Mayor

To enquire about the availability of the Town Mayor to attend your event please complete the below questions.

Please advise whether the media have been invited to the event. You may wish to book a photographer for your event as a back up, in case the media are unable to attend.

Organisers are encouraged to take photographs of the event. It would be appreciated if copies could be sent to the Mayor’s PA so they can be included in the Mayor’s Year Album, along with the names of any people featured in the photos. The Town Mayor may also wish to use them in their regular newsletter. Please ensure that appropriate permission has been granted by the subject for their photo to be supplied.
