Flexible childcare throughout the school holidays

Whether your child wants to come and join us for half a day, only on some days or the entire school holidays, we offer a wide range of activities that will ensure that your child has lots of fun at each and every visit.

We welcome children from the age of 4 up to their 13th birthday from all schools, so it is a great place for your child to make new friends in a safe, stimulating and, above all, fun environment.

Our friendly and experienced team of Playworkers ensure that every day is bursting with fun activities for every child.

No matter what time your child arrives with us, they will be greeted with a smile, made welcome and are able to relax and play straight away.

At about 9.30am, we have a morning meeting where we go over the safety rules and any news that the children or staff would like to share. We tell the children which adult-led crafts are available, and any special events and activities that are coming up. After the meeting the children are free to play.

We provide healthy snacks in the morning and afternoon and water is available for the children throughout the day, however you will need to provide a packed lunch for the picnic-style lunch, which is followed by organised team games for all. After team games, it’s free play again. A light snack is served at 4pm, followed by more free play until they are collected.

We welcome children and parents on arrival at the centre, making sure that the children know where the amenities can be found and are settled.

At about 9.30am, once most of the children have arrived, we have a morning meeting where we go over the fire drill, the rules of the centre, and any news that the children or staff would like to share. We tell the children which adult-led crafts we’re going to do, and any special events and activities that will be taking place that day or week. The children then have free play.
