The council chamber and two second floor meeting rooms are available to hire for individuals, groups, organisations and businesses.
The chamber and rooms are available Monday – Thursday (9am-5pm) and Friday (9am-4:30pm).
However, requests to use the Aylesbury Town Council Chamber after regular business hours will be considered. Any evening hire agreed to must be finished by 9pm, including clean-up time. The Council will charge £25 for every 15 minutes, run over 9pm. The chamber is not generally available for use on weekends, but with adequate notice this can be considered.

The organisation using the chamber is responsible for the setting up of the chamber. The room must be returned to its original order before leaving.
A screen, projector and flipchart can be provided if this is something you require on the day.
Aylesbury Town Council can also provide a kettle, cups, saucers and spoons. However these must all be washed, cleaned, dried and put away after use and any consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are to be supplied by the hiring organisation/person. A water machine is provided within this room.
Please note that the Town Hall is in the town centre and in a good accessible location. You may park to load and unload, but no parking space is available for Chamber users and attendees. Parking is available in the town centre car parks such as Exchange Street, Friarscroft, Coopers Yard, Whitehall Street. Chamber bookings must be made at least a week in advance, with an estimate to the number of people that will be using the chamber.
