Our Community Event Fund (CEF) sets to bring joy and vibrant activities to the heart of our community!

The CEF offers up to £750 to cover the entire cost of a single or multiple engaging activities at events in the Parish of Aylesbury. The specified activity must then be free to attendees to participate in. We’re here to support local organisers in creating accessible and memorable experiences for Aylesbury residents.

The funding is available in addition to the Town Council’s grants programme which distributes thousands of pounds per year to local groups, charities and young sportspeople.

Who can apply?

Local event organisers, where the event benefits the residents of the parish of Aylesbury Town are invited to apply. Sorry, no commercial organisations or neighbouring councils.

Key dates and deadlines

Don’t miss out! Submit your application at least 20 working days before the next Communities Committee Meeting. Click here to view upcoming meeting dates. One application per organisation per council year (April–March) is welcomed.

Representatives are encouraged to attend the Communities Committee meeting to share your passion.
